The inn is located in Marrum, a nice little village in
the north of Friesland, close to the Waddenzee.
The land on the other side of the dyke by the sea is a
protected area, where you can find many birds.
The village can be reached by the road
N357 from Leeuwarden to Dokkum. Both historical city's with a lot of
culture.
Marrum is also nearby Holwerd where the ferry sails to
Ameland, one of the Frisian Islands.
The name Godot comes from the play "waiting for Godot" from Samuel
Beckett.
The inn is our
Godot, something we dreamed about and now finaly realized.
